Hotel Duo offers two room categories – Standard and Lux.
Lux rooms and apartments (suites) are located in main building Duo I and
Standard rooms are situated in the side building Duo II.
In the main building Duo is also a reception, restaurant, bar, wellness centre, indoor heated pool, multifunctional hall, meeting room and sport lounge. In the side building Duo II is a clubhouse with fireplace, bike and ski storage. The buildings are separated by about 50 meters.

Lux apartment – The Lux apartment is suitable for families with children (four beds, the apartment can accommodate 1 extra bed or baby cot). The apartment includes a LCD TV, telephone, sofa, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer. The apartment has own bathroom.
Lux room – Most of Lux rooms are double, triple and some are customized for immobile guests. Some can accommodate an extra bed or a baby cot. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV, telephone, chairs, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer. Room have own bathroom.
Retro room – Most of Retro rooms are doubles, triple and quadruple rooms. Some can accommodate an extra bed or a baby cot. Rooms are equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet and all have their own bathroom.
Discounts for children and teenagers
- Children up to the completion of 3 years – free of charge (without services).
- Children from 3 years to completion of 12 years – 50% discount off the price.
- Teens from 12 years of the completion of 15 years – 15% discount off the price.
All discounts are valid for a maximum of 2 children/teens accompanied by one adult.

Breakfast is served in buffet style, lunch and dinner are served raut style
(selection of cold and hot dishes).

Surcharges
Stay with pets (dog, cat) ~ 200 CZK. Upon arrival, we pick a refundable deposit 1000 CZK.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellation of stay from 30 to 15 days before the stay ~ cancellation fee of 30 % of the expected price.
- Cancellation of stay from 14 to 7 days before arrival ~ cancellation fee of 50 % of the expected price.
- Cancellation of stay less than 7 days before arrival ~ cancellation fee of 100 % of the estimated price.
General information
- Prices include VAT and all fees and are listed per adult / bed / night.
- At the reception you can pay by payment cards (Visa, MasterCard) also.
- Children up to the completion of 3 years are not entitled to the services provided.
- Accommodation (check-in) from 3 pm.
- Departure from the hotel (check-out) by 11 am.
- All stays are offered with breakfast at least.
